Empowering Women through Social Gastronomy - Global behaviour change

Research shows that as early as age 6, girls develop self-limiting beliefs - thinking that they're not as smart and capable as boys. They stop believing in themselves and start listening to cultural norms.

But as more women are rising to leadership roles, young girls are starting to get a more diverse idea of who and what they can become. However, the UN and other global bodies have warned that progress on gender equality and women’s empowerment have started to reverse, as a result of the pandemic.
 
We each have a responsibility to disrupt gender bias in our society. But how do we do this?
